To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reef Tracker and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to aquarium livestock, resulting from your use or inability to use the service.

10. Data Export and Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, you can export your data in CSV format. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the service after changes constitute acceptance of the modified terms.
